Garage with Bonus Room
Completed in December of 2011, ShadeTree Service built this nearly 1,800 sf,
attached addition from the drafting board, up. The homeowner had been waiting
years for this workshop. We feel priviledged, to be the ones to make it happen.
Finished Bonus and Garage
This addition provided us all the challenge we wanted.
Complications included a setback variance, a riparian buffer
variance, a hidden duct chase, an existing bearing wall not
located over the foundation and five foot deep footings flooding
with water. Thanks to great clients and a lot of persistence, we
completed this job as of September, 2012.
