This 24 ft x 28 ft attached garage includes
a finished bonus room with half bath and a
deck off the second story.
Nothing receives more punishment than a deck with Southern
exposure. Cox twice dried, treated lumber, pre-drilled and screwed,
was used to make the repairs. Even the most simple construction
project can be remarkable when the best methods are used.
